I have a 4.6L v8 2000 F-150 Flareside and I'm thinkin of putting a throttle body spacer on it. I've been told it will boost mileage by upwards of 12mpg. I'm curious if anyone else has tried a TB spacer on an f-150 and had good results? Is it worth the money?
