cheap enough i got quoted $1,323.91 CDN for 16 Motegi MR7 with Hankook Ventus HRII H405 shipped to my door is there any way i can get something of the same quality for cheaper?

i have these 16" 5x100 lug pattern charcoal Motegi MR7 wheels. Tires are worn and need to be replaced but can be driven on for about 1500 miles or so. Rims are in great condition. Locking lugs, key and hub centric rings included. Will let go for 400+ shipping
