Where to buy Denji projectors for 92 civic???!mport_fantasy 11-21-2004, 09:00 PM ok so i originally bought some angel eye projector headlights off ebay a few months ago. There for my 92 civic 4 door(thats right its a 4 door) 1 piece w/ black housing. I was lookin for sumthin cheap n oh boy did i get sumthin cheap, those god damn cheap piece of shit SONAR gen-3's. Biggest waste of time n money. When i first got the things they worked fine, werent that bright with stock bulbs so i replaced them with sylvania silverstars which helped a little but i didnt really care about the light output, they jus looked cool. After about 2 months the right outside angel eye burned out, well it didnt burn out it would jus come on whenever, n then the left outside angel eye started actin up. This is when i started gettin pissed so i pulled the whole fuckin thing apart n re-wired both the hot wire n the ground wire n picked different ground spots n that shit didnt help at all. So i jus went along with just the inside angel eyes workin but after a few weeks the damn low beam headlights fried out so now i just ride around with the high beams on. So now that i've been researchin new projectors i see that there have been alot of problems with the piece of dog shit SONAR's. ANYWHO I see that the Denji lights have a good reputation so i've decided ima go with them, but i cant find any website thats specifies there lights are Denji. Ricochet suggested in a different thread www.racinglab.com n i found the one's i wanted off that site but i dont know if there denji's or not. Im lookin for 92 honda civic 4 door angel eye 1 piece projectors w/black housing made by Denji. If anyone can help me out i'd really appreciate it. Thanx eckoman_pdx 11-22-2004, 06:30 AM Those are not Denji. Denji doesn't make 1-piece 92-95 civic angel eye headlights, 2door, 4 or or otherwise. You can tell Denji projecoters, they have Denji marked clearly on the housing glass near the low beam projector. Most "1-piece" angel-eye projector lights are sonar. If you want Denji, you won't be able to get 1-piece headlights. Silverbolt 11-22-2004, 06:48 AM I have denji headlights for my car... I dont see mine on that website, so that further supports what Eckoman said... they dont even carry Denji. Where did I get mine? I have connections to a couple wholesale companies that carry them. Greenblurr93 11-22-2004, 07:03 PM i got my denji's off ebay, not too pleased with them though, thats probably cuz i got them off ebay, oh well, saving for a s15 headlight conversion anyway. !mport_fantasy 11-22-2004, 07:43 PM ok well does anybody recommend a company that sells 1 piece projectors, anything but SONAR. Im tempted to go with the lights off www.racinglab.com because Ricochet suggested them but i dont want to go off just one persons recommendation(no offense to ricochet) Wut about matrixracing.com lights? eckoman_pdx 11-22-2004, 08:27 PM These companies are not the manufacturer, they are only the point of sale, I.E, the store. Matrix Racing does not manufacture their lights, and neither does Racing Lab. They are a store, a point of sale, not the manufacturer. As for if they are any good. That really depends on what brand manufacturer the lights are. The lights looked like Sonar to me, but it's hard to tell without seeing a close-up of the glass front. I know Matrix Racing used to sell Denji lights (though Denji doesn't have "1-piece" projectors). However, I didn't see Denji lights there last time I looked. The 1-piece angel eye lights at Racing Lab and Matrix Racing both looked like the same brand, and both looked like Sonar to me, though as I said, it's hard to tell off of a small picture. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
