Recently the power door lock on the divers side passenger door has been making a screeching noise. So, i took the motor out and tried to see if i could fix it. Nothing could be done. So, i left it unplugged since i was going to order a new part. However, now the lock on the drivers door is screeching. (everytime i lock the doors) I'm beginning to think its not the motors that are broken. I was told that it could be a relay. Is there a relay that controls the power door locks? and if so, does anyone know where it is located? And has anyone else had this problem?

Its a 2000 Chrysler Neon.

thanks

I generally think the cheepo power locks are the problem and they want a cool hundred for a new one. There are new ones on eBay for 70(rear) and 80(front).
