My new SL600 went to B4 status today which means it is going to be produced within a few days.
I am getting excited now. About a month more probably until I get it.

Car went into B7 status today which means it is complete and at the port ready to ship.
The next ship is leaving on December 8th and should arrive in Los Angeles around the 6-8 of January.
Getting close now. I am really excited.

That's awesome. Which dealership are you picking it up at?

Just found out today that my car is going on a ship that is docking in Baltimore.
Usually, the ship from Germany to Los Angeles takes 30 days but that will put them past year end.
Because Mercedes wants to make their numbers for year end, they are, at their expense, dropping the car at Baltimore, then railing it to the VPC in Los Angeles and then getting it to the dealer before year end so they can make their numbers.
Good news for me.
YEAH!!!
