trouble uploading pics!

I was uploading photo's just fine until a few days ago now when ever i try to upload a photo i get an "unable to create image" "please contact system administrator" message. ive checked the pics and they are JPEG and they are the right size aswell.
if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Will someone please explain to me

1. Why I ''may not post attachments'' as it says down on the left in Forum Rules?
2. Why when I try to use the ''Upload Images'' feature I give my username and password the system returns ''Login Succesfull!'' and goes back and asks again for my username and password! (Apparently login wasn't succesfull!)

Maybe we have to get past the "Newbie" stage before we can upload attachments...I dunno :sly:

I dont think it matters if you;re a newbie........... Anyone?
