After a closer look I actually have two broken manifold bolts on the drivers side. The two outer edge bolts at the front and at the back. The one in the front might be able to be drilled out but I doubt the back one willbe that easy. There is just not enough room IMO. Just checked with GM and to remove and replace the head is 1200.00 These bolts are 3/8", no wonder they snap. I don't want to have this problem again so I was thinking of replacing the manifolds with headers. Edelbrock claims they have one with all the sensor ports. I want to minimize the amount of stress on these bolts caused by the heating and cooling manifolds. Would this help? At the moment I can live with the leak because it is barely noticable. What if I just left it?
