ok...I'm new to AF but I have a question about R33'suranium235powered 11-17-2004, 06:09 PM This is my first message here on AF, though I have read as a visitor on other car makes/models. I'm only 16 and still considering on the car I will be getting, but since Canada's 15 year old rule applies, do you think I can legally import a 93' R33 Skyline into Canada in like 2007 or 2008? I know it seems a long time away, but I probably won't be driving until then and....oh, are we getting the USDM R34 skylines here by that time too? InfestedShadow 11-24-2004, 12:24 AM that's good you're planing the cars you want and things :)my friends think i'm crazy guy who live only for cars. i'm not sure, but I think you'll get this R33 in 2007-2008. good luck man ( by the way, i'm from Quebec, the laws aren't the same for cars import/export ) MechanicInTraining 11-24-2004, 01:16 PM Im 16 too bro, do you know any import/export companies? InfestedShadow 11-24-2004, 01:50 PM nop, whre I was supposed to get my skyline, they were the one who was supposed to ship. if you buy it from UK, they usually import/ship it to you uranium235powered 11-24-2004, 06:35 PM Im 16 too bro, do you know any import/export companies? I'm still a n00b, but from what I've heard throughout the skyline forums, www.importconcern.ca and www.jns-imports.com seem to be reliable. Personally though, I would go after Import Concern. Do some research and if you find anything just post. HighOctaneNOSUser 11-25-2004, 06:36 PM Of coarse, there is Motorex, but they are probably FAR too expensive. and a 1993 R33 GTR would be elligable in 2009 Approx. Unless you find one that is like the very first they ever made. my3rdskyline 11-25-2004, 06:51 PM Of coarse, there is Motorex, but they are probably FAR too expensive. and a 1993 R33 GTR would be elligable in 2009 Approx. Unless you find one that is like the very first they ever made. there is no 1993 R33 GTR Jack The GTR 11-26-2004, 01:01 AM your absolutely positively right......89-93=R32 late 94-early 98 R33 98-till (i dunno because they arent my favorite) R34 feel free to correct me my3rdskyline my3rdskyline 11-26-2004, 05:21 AM off the top of my head 89-93=R32 but the R32 GT-R kept going till 95 The R33 was introduced in 1993 but an R33 GT-R was never made till 1995. And I believe the last R34 GT-Rs are 2002. So the earliest R33 GT-R is a 1995. I understand that you're just a kid from canada dreaming about getting an R33 GT-R and thinking about the 15 year rule. Well I'm sorry to burst your bubble. Hey you can still get an R33 GTS25t if you're really bent on getting an R33. Just stick with the R32 GT-R :-) evil laughing. HighOctaneNOSUser 11-26-2004, 05:54 PM I don't want an R33, but I know that the guy who made this thread wanted one, so I did the 15 year math. For the year he specified. I want a 1999 R34 GTr, and that'll make me 23 when I get it. If I have the money, but judging by how much R32 are selling for now, that shouldn't be a problem. supremesniper 11-27-2004, 07:34 PM is it that easy to get a skyline in canada buy it import it reg it that it? HighOctaneNOSUser 11-27-2004, 08:11 PM Wait 15 years after the car is made, and it's cake. Driftkingz 12-05-2004, 04:26 AM you can get them through WWW>jdmcanada.com too thats where i got mine..well before i crashed it. HighOctaneNOSUser 12-05-2004, 10:59 AM Really? Well, I'll have to check that out. before I give up any money tho, can someone vouch for this? nismo_power 12-31-2004, 06:14 AM a skyline would make a horrible first car kid. my3rdskyline 12-31-2004, 07:31 AM let the sleeping dog lay. :-) HighOctaneNOSUser 01-03-2005, 03:24 AM technically, it isn't resurecting....this isn't even 1 month old.... Skyline_R32_Canada 01-04-2005, 01:39 AM lol ^^^ what he do this time to get banned? HighOctaneNOSUser 01-12-2005, 01:58 PM What did I do? I haven't the slightest clue, but I'd rather not ask and tangle myself further in whatever it is. ZedEx 01-12-2005, 03:56 PM Yea, that would be best HighOctaneNOSUser... Dude Im just going to start calling you 'User', ok? -Wes vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
