This is my first message here on AF, though I have read as a visitor on other car makes/models. I'm only 16 and still considering on the car I will be getting, but since Canada's 15 year old rule applies, do you think I can legally import a 93' R33 Skyline into Canada in like 2007 or 2008? I know it seems a long time away, but I probably won't be driving until then and....oh, are we getting the USDM R34 skylines here by that time too?

I'm still a n00b, but from what I've heard throughout the skyline forums, www.importconcern.ca and www.jns-imports.com seem to be reliable. Personally though, I would go after Import Concern. Do some research and if you find anything just post.

late 94-early 98 R33
98-till (i dunno because they arent my favorite) R34

89-93=R32 but the R32 GT-R kept going till 95
The R33 was introduced in 1993 but an R33 GT-R was never made till 1995.
And I believe the last R34 GT-Rs are 2002. So the earliest R33 GT-R is a 1995.

I don't want an R33, but I know that the guy who made this thread wanted one, so I did the 15 year math. For the year he specified. I want a 1999 R34 GTr, and that'll make me 23 when I get it. If I have the money, but judging by how much R32 are selling for now, that shouldn't be a problem.
