I have asked this before here but no answer and now down to fixing it. I want to know if their is a plate or doubling of the door skin where the hinge is spot welded to the door. My top hinge has the top spot-weld broken and I am thinking about putting in bolts to back up the other spot-welds and sport the top. Thanks Dave

Just went to body shop and the weld is good. They took a spical pry bar and lifter my door so it now lines up with the striker plate. Dave
