Yes, plenty, you're perfectly safe ordering from them, in fact, there are tons of threads here about the same matter with tons of good feedback, and the obvious occasional disgruntled person
Either way, you shouldn't have any major concerns, they're pretty good.

Yeah, I live on the west coast of the states, and even though they're shipping is slow, and the shipping boxes are sort of banged up, the model boxes and models are never damaged.

Sorry to get off topic, but how longg should standard shipping take to get to the east coast of the US?

It will vary. I live all the way in Louisiana, and the majority of my packages have gotten here in 8 days. One took 20. It should be similar for you.

HLJ is reliable, i jus made a purchase of over 25 cars and only one came in with a busted part.... (broken windshield). HLJ is nice enough to even replace that piece for me. They are a great company, but kinda takes long to get orders.

HLJ has given me zero problems.

Use EMS if you want your packages faster. The trade-off is that it costs more but you will get your order within a couple days.

I don't use SAL anymore. Too slow.

i love hlj. using sal shipping, my orders usually arrive by no more than 3 weeks. i also use hobby world japan but they take longer to ship and their website isn't as user friendly as hlj.

I also rate HLJ. Have ordered several items without any problems.

Have to agree with the others, never had a problem with them. I especially like the fact that they have your credit details on file from the very first order with them. When ordering from most of the others you have to give your credit details upon every seperate order, this i dont like.

i bought most of my models from them. EMS is the expensive, but the best and fastest way to go.

No problem at all with them, as a metter a fact I am just waiting to one more kit to come.
Just be sure that the goods are on stock otherwise you will wait a long time.

I have bought loads from hlj, mainly PE parts, paint, tools and a couple of models. They are very reliable and up to now no problems encountered in any form. Average 7 days delivery to the UK, I don`t use EMS, i`m never in that much of a hurry, SAL is fine, and they accept Paypal.

do they provide a tracking ## when an order is placed??

Tracking numbers are for EMS packages only. SAL is the basic of basic mail so theres no tracking number available.

Another satisfied HLJ customer here. Ordered from them a dozen times or more. Only thing that has gone wrong is once the shipped me the wrong kit. A quick email and they sent me the correct one for free and allowed me to keep the wrong one. The wrong one was an Fujimi Enthusiast series Lamborgini Countach, so pretty happy with that!
