99 camry le 4 cyl. fuse setup :|

My clock and cigarette lighter (and the alternative power plugin) died and I was wondering if it was just the fuse that blew or something.. I looked under the fuse in the hood, but could not find anything partaining to the clock or the cigarette lighter (initials didn't match any) i was hoping someone knew where to find them and if they had schematics on where and what fuse's there are and power relays (if any are used)
