ok...i got most of my project/winter z31 all settled out. still have to decide whether i want to buy the monza exhuats system or get one custom made. i am about to order my K&N cone.

but i have one last problem....my headlights dont work. like the motor part works fine. but the headlights and the lights next to it do not work. i took them out and they worked fine. so there is a missing link somewhere. im wondering if anyone knows of any circuit breakers or relays that are on the firewall. i was told that sometimes car manufacturers put relays and circuit breakers right on the firewall. i dont know. im lost on this one. i traced it back pretty far and all the wires passed the continuity test. one of the headlights worked when i forst got it, btu now neither work. but both of the bulbs tested fine. im so confused....

A Haynes manual is good for things like that.......Full schematic of the wiring in the back. Just the amount of time spent trouble shooting alone is worth more than the book cost. I am sure you can also find a schematic online someplace. I never did read if you got that thing running or not...Last I heard you had fuel pump issues. Checked the obvious things like fuses I would assume. I know alot of cars have relays for the headlights located in the dash behind the radio..... Just speculating in this case.

thanks e honda, i have a haynes and it has a nice wiring diagram in the back. but it doesnt say where anything is at. i will keep hunting for it.

yeah i had to get a new fuel pump. $50. but the guy when ahead and through the fuel level sensor in also since mine were both corroded really bad. so it all worked out. it starts up every time and runs perfect. just got to get a few more bugs worked out and then its ready to roll.
