removing the motor from a 1997 astro?

how do you get the motor out of a 1997 astro ? its not like my 1988 i did that out the front.also will a motor from a 1988 work in a 1997?

I thought only the front crossmembers were different from 94' to 98'. Not sure as to why u could not pull it out the front. I have seen 2 swaps were they pulled the front trailing arms w/ the motor, trans, front axle, wheels... From the bottom. I found those here, http://www.astrosafari.com/ but was @ least a year ago.

The front radiator support is welded in place is the problem I think. They do not bolt in like the pre-95 models. It can be done though.
