a friend of mine says his f22 head is bluprinted. can anyone tell me if what that means?

blueprinted just means that the head has been tweaked and smoothed so that all of its specs exactly match the original numbers that they should have been.

when an engine is made (and all the rest of the parts for that matter) there is a tolerance range. that means that the parts dont have to be perfect, just close. so for example lets say that the cam bearings are supposed to have an inside diameter of an exact inch. maybe the tolerance was .9 to 1.1 blueprinting would be trying to get the diameter as close to 1 as is possible

yes, it gives power to blueprint things
