Thanks for any help! Here's the problem: My radio is staying on after I shut off the ignition! I have a '96 GC Zj. This problem just started happening. I can turn the radio off, but the clock still stays on. I'm afraid its going to wear down my battery. Everything is stock oem stuff.

Any ideas?

Sounds like when you turn off the ignition, somehow it's thinking it's still in the ACC position, which allows you to still run accessories, might be in the ignition.

If the key/switch is worn, you might be able to remove it when the switch is in an operating position and you think it is off.????
