one of the rear door locks is stuck in a locked position and the door cannot be opened from inside or outside. the power lock control does not help. cannot slide the control. any solution or ideas what causes the problem. thanks.

i had the same problem. needed a new battery after new battery put in it unlocked!! mine does make a terrible noise in the rear passenger door when i lock the doors.
