I have a friend who has had a miata sitting in front of his house for over 6 months now. It's maybe driven every few months at best. It's a 92, fairly base model..no power windows or anything, the top is pretty much toast with the rear window falling out. Yeah...it's been outside with the hole(s) in the top. The front right fender was dented and banged out so it's driveable, but still an eyesore. The car only has about 45K miles on it.

I'd like an extra car...something I can make a few mods on and have some fun with, so I was thinking of making them an offer. What would you say something like this is worth?

Being in that kinda shape, I probably wouldn't give any more then about $2000 for it max, but thats without actually seeing and driving the car.
