I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee and lately when I drive over small bumps in the road or rail road tracks, the front end makes a noise like it is bottoming out. It can't be bottoming out, I think the front shocks are making the noise but I have no idea, anyone else experience this? It happens just about every time the front wheels are going over bumps, and it just recently started now that the weather has gotten colder around here in PA. It's a loud clunk noise...?

Could it be bushings? Either way, it's under warranty since it's an '04, so I'd run it on over to your dealer.
