94 Altima wont start

Help. I have a manual transmission 94 altima. My car has been sitting for a couple of months. I would turn it on and drive it around the block every now and then but never for a full day. Yesterday my wife tried to put it in the driveway to wash it. She not know how to drive manual. Why she tried I don't know. She says she moved it a couple of feet and then it turned off on her. I don't know if it is because the car died on her or because she let go of the clutch. But anyways it wont start anymore. It won't even try. No sound. No clicking. Battery is new. Spark plugs are new. Lights turn on, radio. Tried jumpers but that didn't work. What could the problem be?

my 93 does that from time to time but mines an auto,check your wires, starter for one then check your relays,if all else fails see if you can push start it
