Anyone ever swapped out the auto tranny on a V6 accord for a manual? If so, is anything special needed? Just seems like a waste of nice V6 to me... :confused:

the newer accords have a v6 six speed.... otherwise there isnt a manual trans that will bolt up to the v6 block....

yea only the k-series had the 6 with the stick, so unless your dropping that in your ride, no shot at it my friend.

Actually the older acura's the legends i believe in the early 90's had the same motor as the accord and some had a manual. I saw it done a few times. Let me try and find a site for you to look at.
