drop spindles or lower control arms66temp 11-10-2004, 09:25 AM I'm using a 95 S10 frame for a '50 chevy car I'm building. I'm whating to know which is a better way to lower the front. drop spindles or controls arms. I've used spindles on cars in the past but never control arms. What are the pros and cons. THanks 66temp 11-10-2004, 09:36 AM I forgot to add. I installed a mopar 383 big block so the front dropped about 2 inches. not nearly enough. Those 4 cyl springs are stiffer than I thought.
