My 02 Ram 1500 4.7 liter quad cab has about 41,000 miles on it and I noticed that whenever I have to A/C off, the rpms tend to go down a lot, and sometimes the trucks rpms will go so low that the truck once stalled out. Then in once in a while when I go to start it up ill have to crank it 2 times on for the truck to start. I got the battery and the alternator checked, and everything showed like it was putting out the proper voltage. I also noticed that when the dome light is on at night there is a slight flicker/ pulsating. Anyone have any answers? thanks.

There is an electrical draw, probably a bad ground check the system.
