No Start, trouble code 95 & 96

Hi
I have a 89 F350 5.8 EFI that won't start, I got codes 95 & 96
I'm not sure what to look for, it sounds like there might be a bad wire going to the computer, or a bad computer. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

check your fuel pump relay or fues maybe even a connector thats what the code calls for.
