has this happened to anyone?

okay im going down this one road. all of the sudden my car felt as if it was about to die. the rpm's started going down. dropped even more when i tried to give it gas. it went away for awhile but then came back again. i pulled over to check if there were any leaks, if the intake filter came off, just looked for anything out of the ordinary. but came up with nothing. hasnt happened again on my way back home

just want to know if this has happened to anyone before?

okay i just talked to a friend of mine and he said that he had the same problem with his car and he said it was because his o2 sensor wasnt working. is this true? can the engine start bogging down and flutter because of that?

Yes that is true...but usually you would get an CEL(check engine light)...did you get one? If you did, take it to Autozone and have them scan your ECU for free, and they can get the stored codes and tell you exactly what is wrong.

It could also be a vacuum leak or problem with your spark plugs.
