I saw somewhere a while ago an S14 or S15 with a motor in it. Anyone know of this?

their is no plastic kits with motors, as far as I know. Perhaps it was diecast?

Was it a built kit?

Perhaps somebody took an engine from another kit and dropped it in, wouldn't be the first time it's been done.

It may have been a diecast or a custom motor. But it was unmistakeably an SR20DET.

There's a Chinese toymaker Kentoys, wich makes Extreme Tuners diecast models and they have so called "half motor's" fitted in. The scale is approx 1/24 (?). They have a S15 Silvia in theis line wich has the SR20DET.

It's plastic, but it's from a horribly out-of-scale 1/24 die-cast S15 Silvia.

Yup, that's the one! needs a "little" sanding and also chrome plating removal.

That SR20DET is from a die-cast.

There's an even better S13 version now...I'm using this to better represent the S13 SR20DET for my 510 project.
