anyone know where to get progress or apex springs for 4g civic with B-series in ontario? anyone recommend a type?

I have a set of h&r race spring for your car with a set of tokico shocks for $350 in the toronto area.
have been on a car for about a year and a half.

i can get those, however i'm in Montreal, Quebec.
