Custom made drag racing wheels for MR2s!JekylandHyde 11-05-2004, 08:52 AM I just got my new wheels from Chico Race Works. These are custom made 3-piece wheels ... only 8 sets are being made specially for the MR2. The rims are super lightweight (I have to weigh them yet, but they are significantly lighter than my Enkies). They are advertised at 7lbs front and 10 lbs rear. They are 15X4 for the front and 15X8 for the rear. I bought massive 275/50/15s BFG Drag Radials for the rear and I bought skinnies for the front ...165 sr 15s. With accurate driving I am expecting to see .3 improvement in ETs. I'll find out tomorrow, Saturday Nove 6 as Hyde hits the track for the last time in '04. Hyde will rolloever 200,000 miles tomorrow while attempting an 11.5 or better pass. All of this will be on video and be including in the "You Can Run, But You Can't Hyde video Vol. 1 (see signature for details). http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/hyde_nw6.jpg http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/hyde_nw1.jpg http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/hyde_nw2.jpg http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/hyde_nw4.jpg http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/hyde_nw3.jpg http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/hyde_nw5.jpg BlitzKeg 11-05-2004, 10:36 AM some badass race wheels, :evillol: I can't stop drooling....... how much does something like that run for?!?!?!?
