b16 swap

Im currently putting a b16 into my 94 hatch and was wanting to know if n/e one whose done it before could tell me how to do the wiring harness. the majority of it`s pretty self explanatory but i wanted to know if you wire the new wiring harness into the stock engine fuse box as well as if you have to run the b16 harness through the fire wall or if it just plugs into the harness that already goes through. N/e help would be appreciated. thanks JT
