I am a happy new owner with a problem that literally just happened. The car was checked by a BMW trained mechanic and all that was wrong I fixed.

My neither the master control or door switch will operate my left rear window. I can hear a quiet clicking noise, sounds like the actuator iin the door when I depress the switch. There were no symptoms, it worked one night then didn't the following day. Any suggestions on where to start?
