hows it going guys, I have a question. i just got a 1991 supra non-turbo, with only 26K on the engine. i got the car from an 80 year old man, so i know that the engine is wasnt abused. anyway, i want more power out of it, a lot more power! i know of 2 ways, turbo and nos. id prefer not to use nos, so i was wondering if there is a way to put a turbo on the 7MGE motor? is there any turbo kits made for this? or can i fabricate one? if there is a way, whats the boost limit and do i need to re-program the computer? please help me if you can. any suggestions are welcome. thanks

The cheap and easy way is to just get a turbo model engine and ecu and install it. They can be had for less than the cost of a turbo kit.

another route to go would be to save up your money until that engine blows on you and then swap it out for a 1jzgte motor. just my thoughts

Not a bad idea. Thats what I ended up doing with my 88 NA.
