Well, if you get a wrecked car, it sounds like you'll have to spend more than if you got one in good shape.

Just think about it for a second. When you fix the car, keep in mind you'll have to get a lot of parts shipped over from Ja-pan. That gets very expensive.

In addition, this is a car that does not meet US standards. Just because it's wrecked and you fix it does not mean it's legal. It's been repaired to meet Japanese standards. The car still needs to be converted to US standards after you fix it.

It would be better in the long run to just save your money, get a car in good shape and have it legalized.

not to mention a wrecked skyline is a wrecked skyline. you're not going to make it straight again. think unibody. this is the unfortunate realization that I have come to after many skylines. :-(

Very few affordable GTRs have NEVER been in a wreck.

A GTR with minimal repaired damage is STILL very attractive to me :D.

Well if you're getting any of the R-chassis Skylines, it'll have to be used. They haven't been produced since 2002.

I would be interested in wrecked GTS-T M Type (or GT-Rs...outta my price range) for eventual parts, interior pieces, custom work, etc.
