Want to replace my original tireseverest2002 10-30-2004, 10:56 PM I have a XLT 2002 V8 4WD, and want to replace the 245/70/16 factory installed Goodyears RT/s by 17's or 18's. I do not use it off road, so I am looking for some performance tire/wheel combination. I have checked tirerack but I am not sure if the offer is really worth. Any one that made a similar change? BlitzKeg 11-02-2004, 10:38 AM buying tires online is alot cheapier than store bought tires. especially if you have access to a tire machine to take off and put on the tires. I'm sure if you don't a shop will do it for a very small fee. my advice hunt around. everest2002 11-02-2004, 09:04 PM buying tires online is alot cheapier than store bought tires. especially if you have access to a tire machine to take off and put on the tires. You may want to check Ebay for some stock 17" wheels. everest2002 11-08-2004, 06:40 PM Thanks a lot. I reviewed hubcaphaven.com and they certainly have stock 17" wheels that I am considering seriously. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
