Facts first: 2000 Honda Accord LX Coupe F23 Engine, Automatic.

I just finished putting it together, putting the radiators/ ac condensors on, etc etc... and I start it up, it works fine for a few minutes then it starts revving while its idling. Keeps jumping to like 2-3rpm and drops back down again and repeats the process...

Anyone know what this might be? Not getting enough oxygen? Spark plugs? Something else?

Nevermind, I seem to have found the problem... I think. It looks like it's the Idle Air Control Valve that's malfunctioning, honda's seem to be notorious for this problem...
