Replacing 93 Honda Accord HeadlightBank Roll 10-30-2004, 02:31 PM Could someone please tell me how to replace a blown headlight in a 1993 Honda Accord? I don't know where my manual is....MIA Is someone out there with info on this? Can I do it from the back, or do I have to take off the whole bumper... I need to know how to tackle this! Please give detailed directions, if you know! Thanks.... Huffa 10-31-2004, 06:52 AM Depending which side of the car it is on, remove the battery or coolant reservior. Turn the retaining ring to "open" position and remove the bulb. No need to remove bumper, grill or side marker connection UNLESS your replacing the whole headlight assembly. ProMan 11-01-2004, 11:24 PM The black retaining ring will be very very tight. What I did is use a dull flat screw driver and a hammer tapping it loose. Just be gentle don't hit to hard or you may damage it. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
