1991 S-10 Blazer Passenger Window

My 1991 S-10 Blazer passenger window BARELY rolls down. It power windows and whenever you try to roll it down, it goes like a half inch then stops. Then you have to wait about 2-3 minutes to get it another 1/2 inch. It has always done this and it gets really annoying!

I am assumming that you have power windows (you mentioned "rolls down"). Your track could be bound and you need to remove the door panel and grease the track (attached to bottom of window) or your motor is on the way out or the felts are causing the sides of the window to cock. I have listed these in order to check.

Having the same troubles. What did it turn out to be? Yes I know the thread is 2 years old, but you never know who is reading on the other end.
