hi again, i bet u guys are sick of me already lol. i was just wonderin whats the best way to ensure both sides of the custom kit are exactly the same?

A good eye and a good Caliper to check the measurement.

Exactly what Martbee said. Most of it is instinct with the eye. Theres no set way to do it.

I believe this was actually discussed at length recently, you may want to look up the last couple of threads on sheet styrene.

You can also use a contour gauge, available at your local hardware store for about $5-8.00. - Mark

Cut out a pair of styrene sheets, and use them as the bones of the custom part.
