Have the common '98 escort hard starting problem thought it was fuel pump,I learned it may be fuel pump relay, I found out that the fuel pump relay is located on somethign called the Integrated Relay Controll Module, Consumer Guide lists 98 escorts as having a defective Integrated Relay Controll Module, i dont know where or what this is though any help would be more than welcome.
