Subframe Problems

The two rear bolts that go into the subframe and hold up the center brace are coming loose. One of them already fell out and now the motor is jumping around. Do I need to replace the whole subframe because these holes are stripped? Please Help. This happened to my friends 96 SE-R and he replaced his whole subframe. Is this really necessary? Thanks
