I have a 99 Neon, 4cyl. auto. The battery light and/or the ABS light and/or the seatbelt light comes on intermittently when driving. Also sometimes it doesn't turn over when you try to start it. It will click but not turn over, after a couple attempt it will start. I had the charging system checked at a local parts store, all OK. Any ideas ?
