I recently bought a 2004 accord and want to get the windows tinted. Last week I went to see someone about doing it and he said that there has been a problem with tinting the 04 models. 3 out of 9 he has done, something inside the door is leaving a vertical scratch on the tint when the windows are rolled down. He said it runs down the center of the window.

Has anyone heard of this or had any of these problems?

Has anyone NOT had any problems with their window tint?

My 97 kinda has that but it isnt that noticible so i think it might be a newer accord thing

Well don't get the drivers/pasenger window tinted...most of the heat and sunlight comes in from the back window....

Well, now that would look like ass wouldnt it... Only one window tinted lol ive never seen this before...

Well then be lucky you do not live in California....because it is illegal, and you will be stopped and cited, for having the driver and passenger window tinted.
