Sadness

Condolences to the Hendrick Motorsports team and the Hendrick family on their recent losses. If you haven't already heard, 10 people, 4 of whom were Rick Hendrick's family and others of whom were Hendrick Motorsports team members, were killed Sunday in a plane crash while the race at Martinsville was being run. Those killed included Ricky Hendrick (Rick's son and heir to the company), John Hendrick (president of HMS, Rick's brother), Randy Dorton (chief engine builder), Jeff Turner (general manager), Joe Jackson (DuPont executive), Elizabeth Morrison and Richard Tracy and Scott Lathram (pilots), and Kimberly and Jennifer Hendrick (John's daughters, Rick's nieces). HMS and all of the NASCAR family are in our prayers.
