JDM Headlights

Hey. Does anyone know the how good the jdm headlights are from ebay. Are they decent quality? Here is the website for it? Well, at least for six days.

The use of JDM headlights might not be legal in the US. When on low beam, the US lights skew to the right. On high beam, the lights point more straight ahead and have a tendancy to also cover the left side of the road. In Japan,they drive on the other side of the roadl, so the lights would skew just the opposite of ours.

OKAY hold up....first of all these are not actual JDM headlamps they are knock-offs...so they were produced in the US for US market cars...Even if the "skew" was off you can just adjust them back the other way :screwy: but that doesn't matter because they are not JDM lights they are JDM "style". Note the fact that they are 4 pieces (corners are seperate) this is not the case in japan they are one piece...if you ever find real JDM lamps on ebay you will know because they will be $500+ dollars and a good seller will show you the stamping from stanley on the front and back of the lamp.

And just for the record if you still want to buy them the light quality will be the same as stock since they are basically the same lights just with black housing...unless they are really that bad and they are H1's or H3's but they should be 9005 and 9006, ask the seller.

I concur with 94 Accord Vtec.....it is all in the adjustment and the type of halogen bulbs.....

What exactly makes the REAL JDM headlights so expensive? Do they give off more light or what? :eek7:
