Is it posible to change a 90' honda crx hf 1.5 pgm-fi, to a si 1.6 pgm-fi so that i can fit a bigger cold air fillter??? If yes, does it "have" to be from a crx or can it also be from a civc???

first off, the 1.6si is MPFI not PGM-FI like the 1.5 you need to mill the head a drill new injector holes and shit, it would take some time and knowledge to do it right, so unless you know what your doing id steer clear of such a swap.

PS. how come all the poll option were the same?

actually, the HF has MPFI as well. The DX is the only one with DPFI (aka "glorified carb")

The HF's problem is a WEAK engine and an ECU that's programmed for ultra efficiency. Best bet is to swap motors with the Si (or better yet throw a ZC in there)
