just wondering whats everyone's opinion.im looking to do the usual drift car setup and i was wondering which would be a better idea. i heard somewhere that the s13 has more understeer and the s14 is better balanced. anyone have any info/ opinions. also are s13 parts generally cheaper or is there not much diffrence in parts either. thanks

Asking which car will give you a better drift setup in this forum is like being in the splecial olympics, even if you get an answer, you're retarded.

The S13 is cheaper for replacement parts and you will need cheap parts because you will crash eventually. I can't honestly tell you which is better for drifting because I haven't tried it and I'm just about to buy a 240sx so I wont try and guess but please use the search engine, there have been many many comparison threads and we really don't need another one.

hahaha logic,
just search the forum u will prolly find the answer, I posted thread alike to this one until my stupid ass relized that pic wich ever you like. By the way 240 s on pictures look different, s14 looks bigger even though the body is actually smaller (the whell base is longer though). Get what looks better or depending on your financial status. I would also go for the coupe it s body is less flexible.

there is no correct answer for this. it really depends on what you want. there are pros AND cons for both cars... yes, S13's have an understeer problem but a nice set of coilovers, stb's, sway bars, control arms, tires will fix that. So you'd think it'll save you more money with the S14, but it generally costs more to get one and the S13 is lighter... but then again you want a longer wheel base?... hahah...

moral of the story... "to each his own"

logik that was funny as hell. yea that is a question that u will never get a straight answer to half will say s13 half will say s14 and i say get a "86" also known as haichi roku and by the way EVO what exactly is "the usual drift car setup" what does that mean is there a usual setup as opposed to a unusual one. get the haichi roku though cause i dont want ur stupid ass to go drifting your usual drift setup in one of my beloved 240's and total it
