I owned a GTS-t R33, it have front mount intercooler, Blizt air filter aand 3 inch pipe exhaust. It stall when rev to 4000 RPM, it seem like multiple backfire and the car vibrate violently when it does that.

Is this because too much air flow? I don't know much about car and this is the first turbo, manual I have ever driven. Can any help me to define what's the problem and how do I get it fix.

Almost sounds like your turbo is siezed. Ever shove a potato in a guy's exhaust? Same concept.

That's the worst case scenario though. I'd start by checking your MAF screen for dirt and check all you intake piping for obstructions.
