I'm pretty sure my friend built that model. I know he has a HUGE testarossa model that he built a while back but it's red...Might be a different kit but i know the model is over a foot long easily.

I've seen a built-up one at a local store in Tokyo. It was incredible, but any model bigger than 1/12 looks too bulky and chunky to my taste. I think this size of a model needs its own spacious place to display.

I had a friend who had the Pocher's F-40 model and that thing is huge. Those kits are really rare and hard to find items wich also means that they are expensive.

But that the door opens with a key :screwy:

I built the TR for a client, (the Testors issue) and the F40 for myself. I paid $300.00 for it, a fair price at the time. They are just giant die-casts. They're nice, but not as detailled as a modern Tamiya 1/12 kit for example. I think some of the last Monogram 1/8 kits, like the C3 & C4 Vettes and the IROC Z, can be built into better looking models too. Makes for a good conversation piece though. - Mark

1/8??? Nows thats big. That would be a challenge for even the most experienced builder.

That would be superdetailing heaven! I have seen other Pocher kits in person before and they are amazing! I would LOVE to build that!
