what hp/tq do the stock 93 supercharged regals put out.
also how many pounds of boost do they max out at stock
and what mods/parts should i start with to increase power?

Such a car does not exist. If it does, it surely isn't stock. A supercharged 3800 wasn't available in a Regal until late 1997 when it was redesigned. That engine puts out 240 HP @5200 RPM and 280 Ft-Ibs Torque @ 3600 RPM and I don't know about the boost.

If you have a '93 Regal with a Vin L 3800, it puts out 170 HP and 225 Ft-Ibs of torque. There isn't much that you can do to that engine to increase power except installing a better air intake. It would have to be custom because no one makes aftermarket performance parts, let alone an air intake, for this engine to begin with.
