Hi,

All of a sudden, I can no longer control heat or AC in my 1995 A6 Quattro . The climate control head unit display controls seem to work, although no flaps move with their heat direction buttons are pushed. A diagnostic check from an external 3rd party X431 Diagnostic Unit shows that all the flap control motors are "Blocked or without voltage". I see no fuses blown.

Here's the Diagnostic Report from the X431 SMART BOX unit:

Has anyone ever seen this before or have any idea what could be preventing the head unit from controlling the flap motors? It's getting cold in Rochester already.
