Can anyone tell me where the horn switch is located...horn works sometimes after many attempts....may be dirty contacts or faulty switch....thx for any help.

My '92 Astro has the horn switch located just under the large round pushbutton in the center of the steering wheel. Mine does not have air bags, so it's easy to get to and adjust. Just gently pop the button off. If you have air bags, it's more difficult.

No problem. I fixed my 2000 Venture horn by pulling two bolts from behind the steering wheel and removing the air bag, but not disconnecting either of the two wires to the air bag. Then I could adjust the horn contacts to work. Don't know what your Safari looks like, but the Venture fix was pretty easy.
