Coolant system air lock

Looking for procedure to remove air from coolant system. I've seen it referred to on this forum as "burping" the coolant system.

I think the LT1 system has 2 bleeder screws.

the way I do it with my supra (no bleeder valves) is jack the front end up or do it on a steep hill.. so that the rad is the highest point in the cooling system, take the rad cap off and let it run at 3000rpm's for a while

all i do when i drain my radiator is open the cap and let my engine idle till fluid rises to the top of the neck then put the cap back on and cap the reservoir wala

Letting air out of an LT1 cooling system is different from any older cooling systems.
